In order to close/cancel a project which has commenced, you must raise a request directly from the project list of the user dashboard. As this will help us track your unique project ID and assist you in a prompt manner.

16:Would it be possible to purchase a Luxe package but use the package for two different homes?

Sorry! Unfortunately we do not offer the option to split a package into two areas at this stage! You may buy two Luxe packages and we will be happy to design both homes for you on a similar concept!

17: My drawing was inaccurate.

18: The mood board shared doesn’t represent my selections

All the assets we generate are based on the feedback and data provided by you on project commencement. In the case that we have differed from the initial brief we will help in turning around new options at the earliest possible time slot as per availability.
